HCMC is ranked as the most attractive investment destination, according to provincial competitive index (PCI) 2016 results in field of economic management quality for business development with 19 percent of respondents choosing to invest in HCMC, 13 percent choosing Da Nang and 9.6 percent saying Hanoi.
A survey of 1,550 businesses from 46 countries whose operations are located in 14 cities and provinces in Vietnam points to a slew of shortcomings in the business climate of Vietnam, says the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) 2016 report.
